I'm a medical doctor dedicated to caring for children from birth to age 18. My journey began when I graduated as a doctor in 2009 in Poland. Since 2010, I’ve immersed myself in the world of paediatric care, first in a children’s clinic and later expanding my expertise in hospital paediatric wards and outpatient clinics. After completing my specialized training in paediatrics in Poland and passing the national specialty examination, I proudly earned the title of specialist in paediatrics. Presently, I’m based in Gozo, offering consultations in pharmacies in Xewkija or Victoria, as well as in the comfort of patients’ homes. My journey led me to Malta in 2022, and I’ve been serving the community in Gozo since 2024.

I began my medical education with six years of rigorous studies in Poland, which laid the foundation for my career in medicine. During my studies, I was actively involved in the International Federation of Medical Students' Associations (IFMSA), which gave me the opportunity to participate in exchange programs in Japan, Thailand, and India. This allowed me to gain experience in Asian hospitals. I also served as the local president of IFMSA in Łódź for a year. Additionally, I was involved in learning and later teaching sign language to my future colleagues, as well as organizing and coordinating various medical events.

During my residency, I gained knowledge in both outpatient and inpatient clinics, staying on duty for five years in general paediatrics and paediatric neurology. In the meantime, I collaborated with the medical publishing company Medycyna Praktyczna (Practical Medicine) for doctors, helping to add more practical content in a bi-monthly journal aimed at paediatricians and family doctors—"Pediatria" (Paediatrics)—and contributing to paediatric conferences organized by the publisher twice per year.

Throughout my training and practice, I focused on the treatment and care of children in various medical fields, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of paediatric healthcare. After my residency, I primarily worked in outpatient paediatric clinics, ranging from small towns like Gluszyca to big cities like Wrocław. In my free time, I was actively involved in pro bono work for the medical community, with great support from the local Medical Council in my region. I organized conferences for medical practitioners, providing them with easy access to up-to-date medical knowledge in various fields.

During my medical career, I progressed from being a medical intern and resident to a specialist and eventually head of an outpatient clinic. When I first visited Malta in 2019, I fell in love with the small island of Gozo, and the idea of moving here began to take shape.

And here I am now, embracing another challenge by moving to the beautiful country of Malta. I have started a new chapter of my life here in Gozo, serving the population with paediatric consultations both at the clinic and at patients' homes.
